COVID-19 / Coronavirus
Dear Residents and Families/Friends:
We know you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and how it may impact us at Valor Health Network. Making sure our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our top priority.
The government has directed that we restrict all visitors and volunteers from visiting the facility. This includes family and friends. This restriction is in effect until further notice. In addition to these restrictions, we have put the following practices into place:
- Suspension of all outings.
- Suspension of communal dining – residents will be provided meals in their own rooms.
- Pending extenuating circumstances, visitors will be restricted to medical personnel. All persons entering the community, including staff will be subject to established screening protocols
We understand that the restrictions we have implemented may be frustrating, but the wellness of our residents can not be taken for granted. We also understand that connecting with your loved ones is incredibly important. There are a variety of ways to consider communicating including telephone, email, text, video chat, or social media. We are happy to facilitate these methods of communication. Please contact the building directly if you need assistance in using these alternative communication methods.
We will stay up to date on the federal government’s recommendations as they may continue to change. Our community is in close contact with the local and state health department and are also following their guidance.
Should you have any questions, please contact our communities.
